Ye, all you need just:
-Gel/ Wax for hair. I advise you to use Wax. in this entry, i just used gel, but with Wax, you will have a better hair, fufufu.
-Dryer.
Begin: put gel/wax on your hand. Then crush the roofs of hair like this:

Ok, this is its structure
Keep doin' again and again with another parts. Then using hand to strainght some curt of your hairs. 
Then, dryer~
Finally, I think I should put a little [makeup] with eyeliner- shadow and lipstick fufufu~
